Retail Agent(RA) – Part time


Role:
- In charged of consumers and retailers(cover for specific region)
- Find potential products(sharp eyes) with higher profit margin and demand
- Building good business relationship, follow up and update with associate retailers
- Arrange good order ready for shipping/payment for collection
- Find, deal and recruit new associate retailers
- Marketing work include promote retailers products in social network online, distribute business cards and flyers in public
- Provide responsibility and good service to customers
- Assist retailers to arrange sell transaction/online order(shipping/packing)/collect goods when customer visited to   
  retailer/referred to  retailers(whichever is applicable)
- Update all product online and record all transaction for the day/week/month
- Take picture of receipt from customer purchase(if available)


How to select product from associate retailers:
- Choose products of good potential, and unique in the market
- Targeted race and season product
- Promotional product
- Choose product with higher profit margin
- Choose best selling items and available of stock
- Find for stock clearance


Marketing material include:
- Supply of free business card for promotion used
- Supply of promotion flyer


How it work:
1. Get a deal of right referred price with associate retailers
2. Advertise and post on blog at retail price
3. Do marketing online and offline
4. Provide customer service online or by phone
5. Arrange and update with retailers of ready stock

6. Get customer visit to the store/retailer OR get order, delivery by post 


Partner net profit sharing: 
base on gross profit(from commission/referred price/markup price) deduct all expenditure
- Partner 1 - Retail Agent(35%)
- Partner 2 - Business Development Manager(35%)
- Company(25%) 
- Consumer(5%) - for discount reward
